Yesterday, Andrew Tate’s bail request was denied at a hearing, and now Tristan’s request for home arrest release has also been denied.
Both Tate and the ex-police officer Luana Radu who is also a suspect in the case are still being held in detention.

Bucharest Court spokesman Judge Gabriela Risnoveanu said, “Their requests have been dismissed.”
Luana Radu requested a domicile arrest, while Tristan Tate requested judicial control on bail.
The deadline for filing an appeal is 48 hours from the time of the decision.
When Tate’s latest attempt to overturn his detention was denied last month, the judge sentenced him to another 30 days in jail.
Two previous petitions by the brothers against 30-day extensions of their detention had been rejected.

Andrew Tate has frequently complained to his followers and subscribers about his time in prison via social media and email.
In another, written from behind bars, he implied that his followers aren’t “better people” than he is.
More than 10 weeks have passed since their arrest on suspicion of human trafficking, organised crime, and rape; their “angels,” Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu, are also subjects of a probe.
Each and every claim made against them is strongly refuted by them.
A representative for Tate said, “The court has decided to reject Tristan Tate’s request for release.”
To say that Tristan is unhappy with this conclusion is an understatement. He has been looking forward to meeting his baby daughter.
