According to Andrew Tate’s management, they can’t make all the information public, just like the prosecution, because it might also impact the case. The most recent bail request for Andrew Tate, a British social media celebrity involved in a legal dispute in Romania with his brother Tristan Tate, was denied. The brothers have been in custody since December due to significant allegations against them, including rape, people trafficking, and gang organization. Why can’t the Legal team of Andrew Tate disclose everything?
The Sartorial Shooter, Andrew Tate’s manager, recently appeared on a FreshandFit show on YouTube. He discussed several topics about the Tate brothers’ case.
He said that because the prosecution could utilize the information against the Tate brothers, the legal team couldn’t publicly divulge every case detail. Additionally, they can use evidence and witnesses against them, upsetting Andrew and Tristan.
The inquiry into their actions has continued despite their denials of any wrongdoing, and the court has decided that they should be held in custody for now. A representative for Andrew Tate expressed unhappiness with the decision and said that his legal team would try to overturn the decision through an appeal.

The Tate brothers have a solid legal team
Last month, the Tate brothers strengthened their defense by hiring renowned legal counsel Tina Glandian. Mike Tyson, Michael Jackson, and Chris Brown are just a few of the A-list superstars that Glandian has previously collaborated with.

When Glandian took over the case, she also raised concerns about the court’s routine judgment to reject bail since she thought it went against human rights regulations.
“This investigation has been ongoing since April . Today is February. Not even charges have been brought against them. We believe they shouldn’t be held at this time as it is a grave injustice. We believe it has now crossed the line to breaking international human rights legislation. There has been zero evidence provided. That is how we feel.”
